On a Dark n’ Stormy night…get some pals together and try our favorite recipe courtesy of friends at DSM.

Ingredients:

• Nice glassware is key
• Ice cubes
• Limes
• Ginger Beer (recommended: Barritt’s)
• Rum (recommended: Gosling’s Black Seal)
• Pimm’s No1 (British liqueur)

Steps: Fill glasses with ice, 2/3 with ginger beer.  Top it off with a layer of rum, for the stormy effect, add a dash of Pimm’s for a sweet uplift, squeeze in a lime quarter.  Give it a slight stir before sipping. Enjoy.
